1.Reservation and Payment
1.1 A limited number of coach boats will be available for reservation to participants through the ILCA Association online.
1.2 Available boat types and rental fees will be listed on the ILCA event website.
1.3 Reservations require advance payment of the rental fee for the selected boat type, service fee, and insurance fee for the duration of use.
1.4 A security deposit of 1000 euros in cash is to be paid at the boat handover site. The full deposit will be returned in cash after inspection upon return if no damage is found. If damage occurs due to improper use by the renter, actual losses will be deducted from the deposit, with any shortfall to be paid by the renter.
2.Safety Management
2.1 Drivers of rental boats must comply with local maritime authorities and race committee requirements for safe operation.
2.2 During the rental period, renters must adhere to the unified management of the boat management team.
3.Fee Cancellation and Refund
3.1 For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled use or on the day of use, the rental fee is non-refundable unless the boat is also canceled. For cancellations more than 30 days before the scheduled use, 300 euros will be deducted from the rental fee, with the remainder refunded to the renter.
3.2 No refunds of rental fees will be given after the competition begins.
3.3 Refundable fees will be returned to the original payer.
